De-Identification And Data Anonymization
Personal information collected under these terms may be incorporated into Money’s "de-identified" technology to generate anonymizing data that cannot be identified as individuals.
There is no "personal data" in "Data Anonymizing". All relevant personal data in anonymizing data is isolated and encrypted. All related records are replaced by random numbers. De-identification takes place within the database generated for this service using a set of un-personalised long codes. The usage and uploaded data is recorded using the classification labels mentioned above, and the analysis and classifications are done using a set of long codes that represent the data.
You agree that Money may use "Data Anonymizing" through its proprietary systems or programs for research and development, analysis, and database creation. This allows Money to continuously improve the quality of service to you and provide a more diverse range of business services through unique analysis and statistical calculations.
If any “Data Anonymizing” is involved with other data obtained by Money that can directly identify you, Money will process it in a coded, anonymous, or partially hidden manner. You agree that Money may share "Data Anonymizing" with partners, and the sharing may take the form of direct provision of “Data Anonymizing” to partners. Money is not responsible for the timeliness of any personal information provided to partners, and it will not notify or confirm with you if third parties collect or use”Data Anonymizing” with your consent or authorization. Before the company obtains your consent, it will not decrypt “personal data” encrypted by itself or authorize others to decrypt virtual codes for service analysis purposes. The company will not and cannot share or use your non-separated, encrypted personal data for any purpose with any third party.
Please note that the rights to other work products and statistical reports created by the company through “Data Anonymizing” are owned by the company.
Changes
Change about or in connection with the Services happens. When it does happen, we will update this Agreement. If the changes are material, you may need to accept the changes to use the Services. Similarly, there may be circumstances where we need to update or discontinue the Services.
We may modify the provisions of this Agreement at any time.We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “Last updated”date at the top of this Policy. It is important that you review this Policy periodically for any changes because your continued use of the Services indicates your agreement to the modifications.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) will govern the validity and interpretation of this Privacy Policy and all disputes arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy and any Additional Terms, regardless of conflict of laws rules.
